TAT:  My current turnaround time for portraits is 3-4 weeks. Turnaround time for freshies is 1 week.  If you need your order sooner for a holiday, birthday, or special occasion, please let me know when placing your order - I will do my best to accommodate

Local Pick up: Local pick up is available for Taylorsville KY, Lexington KY, and New Albany IN. If you would like to do a local pick up, choose which location at the “shipping” in checkout - further details can be discussed in depth via email from there. 

Portraits: If I have not received the photo you would like to use for any of the portrait options (woodburnning, decal, pencil etc.), within 4 days of ordering, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
